Our Future Technologies ("Our Future", "we", "us") provides a software platform for creating and running online academies. This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit our website, create an account, or use our services, and the choices you have.

Account data — name, email, organization, role, password (hashed).
Usage data — pages viewed, features used, device and browser, IP address.
Payment data — processed by our payment partners (Mada, Apple Pay, Tamara, Stripe, PayPal); we do not store full card numbers.
Content — courses, files and messages you create or upload.
Communications — messages you send us via forms, chat, email or WhatsApp.

3. How we use your data

We process personal data to provide and secure the service, process payments, offer support, send service and (with consent) marketing communications, comply with legal obligations, and improve the product through aggregated analytics.

We rely on contract performance (to deliver the service you request), legitimate interests (to secure and improve the platform), consent (for marketing and non-essential cookies), and legal obligation (for tax and regulatory records). You may withdraw consent at any time.

We share data only with vetted processors acting on our instructions — including hosting, payment gateways, email and analytics providers, and integrations you enable (e.g. NeLC, Zoom, ChatGPT). We never sell your personal data.
