Refund Policy

Clear, fair rules for refunds on Our Future subscriptions, trials and creator course sales.

1. Overview

We want you to be confident in Our Future. This policy explains when and how refunds are available for subscriptions to the Platform. It is separate from the refund terms an individual Academy may set for its own course sales (see §6).

2. Free trial

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial that requires no payment. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are never charged — so there is nothing to refund.

3. Subscription refunds

If you are billed for a new paid plan and contact us within 14 days of that charge, we will refund it in full, provided the account has not been used in a manner inconsistent with a good-faith evaluation. Renewal charges after the first term are generally non-refundable, but we review hardship cases individually.

4. How to request a refund

Email billing@ourfuture.sa from your account email with your invoice number and the reason for the request, or open a ticket from your dashboard. Our team will respond within one business day.

5. Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on the provider (Mada, card, Apple Pay, Tamara, PayPal or Stripe), funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.

6. Course sales by Academies

When you purchase a course from an Academy built on Our Future, the refund terms are set by that Academy, not by Our Future. Please review the Academy's own policy at checkout. Our Future facilitates payments but is not the merchant of record for course sales.

7. Non-refundable items

  • Consultation sessions that have already been delivered.
  • Add-ons and overage charges already consumed (e.g. extra storage used).
  • Applicable taxes, where non-refundable by law.

8. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in account suspension pending review.
