Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing the Our Future website or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Our Future on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. Definitions

• Platform — the Our Future software, dashboards and APIs.
• Academy — the branded learning environment you create using the Platform.
• Learner — an end user who accesses your Academy.
• Content — courses, media and materials uploaded by you or your Learners.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Platform — including uploading unlawful content, infringing intellectual property, attempting to breach security, reselling access without authorization, or using the service to harm others. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis in Saudi Riyal, exclusive of applicable VAT. Plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices may change with prior notice. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Free trial

We may offer a 14-day free trial. At the end of the trial, your selected plan begins unless you cancel. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw trials at any time.

7. Content & intellectual property

You retain all rights to Content you create. You grant Our Future a limited license to host and display that Content solely to operate the service for you. The Platform itself, including its software and branding, remains the property of Our Future.

8. Third-party integrations

The Platform integrates with third-party services (e.g. payment gateways, NeLC, Zoom, ChatGPT). Your use of those services is subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

9. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms or as required by law. On termination, you may export your data for a reasonable period before deletion.

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted, Our Future's aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Riyadh, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights.
